<p>The new Emblem in the Surfcasting version confirms the winning formula of the previous model, further improving it both in terms of build quality and look. Both body and rotor were built in the innovative ZAION V material: a carbon-based composite material, lighter and more resistant than traditional materials and totally free from corrosion. The weight of the new Emblem is in fact reduced by 25 grams compared to the previous generation. The new 45 spool is Ultra Longa Cast with a Shallow profile (0.30-0.30 m) facilitating the use of thin lines to maximize casting distance. A second Long Cast spool with higher capacity (0.35-300m) is supplied. The spooling system can count on the tested Slow Cross Wrap technology, the slow spooling with crossed coils which guarantees optimal line pick-up. The new Emblem is also equipped with an Air Bail type hollow bail arm, while the clutch is the new QDM, more modulable and precise than the previous standard QD. Magsealed technology, the special magnetized oil membrane patented by Daiwa, protects the internal mechanics. The new Daiwa Emblem Surf 45 SCW QD is a high performance fixed reel reel both for the use of the braid and the monofilament, Emblem Surf 45 SCW QD is truly supreme, it has a 45mm spool. of depth, plus a spare one, guarantees an excellent winding combined with slow crossed turns, ensuring the release of the thread on a regular basis. The Mag Sealed inside the rotor protects the gear system from salt and debris, prolonging the smoothness of the winding. Weight is saved thanks to the use of DS5 and DS4, with the Air Rotor guaranteeing maximum resistance to heavy loads. Finally, the presence of QD shortens the interval between the block down for casting and the preferred drag.
