The Aero Technium MgS is the latest jewel in the Shimano Big Pit series. It is a unique reel of its kind, which incorporates all the latest and most advanced Shimano technologies; in particular it is a real throwing machine. The list of features of this reel is remarkable: every element of Shimano technology available has been used. A Hagane body, magnesium frame makes it incredibly light yet extremely strong. Hagane Gear (cold forged) for maximum strength, Infinity drive and Silent drive for greater winding power, smoothness and durability and a one-piece titanium headband to always guide the line towards the roll and maximize the strength of the headband itself. The most notable feature is a 45mm coil. with Super Slow 10 spooling system that performs 107 turns of line per oscillation to obtain a practically perfect launch, reaching a greater distance, with more precision; mechanics redesigned to better manage and control all that power exerted during a cast.
