The braid has 4 tightly woven strands, it is created by applying high tension in opposite directions during the braiding process. The fiber is evenly woven at all corners, resulting in a smoother finish and smaller diameter. This low stretch, long casting braid is a great choice for finesse fishing where softness, feel and castability are key.

With this new model it was decided to give the Aleca a little brother. We have resized, proportioned and modified some parts so as to always have a slim and tapered body which, combined with a generously sized paddle, allows you to create a sinuous movement even with very slow recoveries. Furthermore, we have added a Super Slow Sinking (SSS) version to the Floating version to allow us to probe even the shallowest sections of water or to be able to use it with stops during recovery.
