The structure is crafted with HVF Nanoplus carbon blank (High Volume Fiber), which uses a reduced amount of resin and high fiber content. During hot polymerization, the fibers adhere more compactly, generating a lighter, more rigid and reactive blank, with superior power transmission compared to traditional carbons.
The innovative X45X Full Shield technology represents the most advanced evolution of the Daiwa anti-torsion system. The fibers wrapping the blank are arranged diagonally and bi-directionally, forcing the rod to work correctly even under intense torsional stress. This technology improves energy transfer along the blank by 25%, while structural rigidity and torsion resistance achieve significant improvements.
The V-Joint Alpha α joints constitute the secret of the curve perfection of Daiwa rods. Near the joints, the fiber weave changes direction, assuming an inclination that allows stress dispersion along the blank.
