The fibers wrapping the blank are arranged diagonally and bi-directionally, forcing the rod to work correctly even under intense torsional stress. The BaitJunkie “thin waist” design principle is in full flight in the 5 inch Jerkshad, with the prominent waist section segmenting the lure into two separate parts.
